Payments
Order minimum is 40 €. If you are already a customer in France, you can pay upon receipt of the goods.
Accepted payment means : credit card*, cheques (on banks in France), wire transfer (bank fees to be paid by the buyer), or government payment orders.
*Payments by credit card are made via a secure payment platform. Accepted cards : Mastercard, Visa, CB.
Delivery time and shipment fees
We usually dispatch products in stock within 1 or 2 working days after receipt of your payment.
In the event that a product is not available immediately or in the quantity ordered and requires a split shipment, we will not charge you for the remainder.
Mainland France
Orders are shipped by carrier or French postal service.
Please be aware that 24 to 72 hours must be added to the delivery time for the delivery time of the goods.
European Union:
Our parcels are shipped by French postal service (Colissimo International, limited in size and weight; shipment by carrier is possible, please consult us).
Please send us your European VAT number before ordering. We will issue an order confirmation excluding French Value added tax (VAT).
Non-EU countries
- Direct orders are possible from the website to the following destinations: Andorra, United Kingdom, Switzerland. For other destinations, please request a quote or contact us.
- You will not pay French VAT.
- Any customs duties are not included in our prices.
Warning
Unless otherwise stated or expressly agreed by us, the goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient. Upon receipt, our customers are required to check the good condition and conformity of the packages received with the contents indicated on the delivery note.
In the event of a dispute, claims can only be accepted if precise concerns have been expressed on the transport receipt and confirmed within 3 working days of delivery by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier who made the delivery, with a copy of this letter sent to:
