XPS anti-crush flange for canvas storage tubes

The XPS anti-crush flanges made of ultra-lightweight machined foam effectively counteract the predictable ovalization of conservation tubes over the medium and long term.
These flanges are made slightly larger in diameter than the internal diameter of the tubes so that they remain in place and prevent the tube from being accidentally crushed. This design has been the subject of numerous development tests.
However, the method developed by Chassitech makes it easy to insert and place it in the tube.
Spaces are provided for the passage of threaded rods.
